Stfu mety.  You said you got the vaccine and you wear a mask. Now you saying not to get the vaccine.

It was a sarcastic question to morekaos.

Well, if you add things up from the start. You would also scratch your head. For example, Mety has questioned the vaccine, but he says he got the vaccine. He has made fun of masks, but he has said he wears a mask. He down played covid from the start and until now.

eyephone keeps spreading fake news on certain people including me. But it’s ok. If that gives you peace, keep on doing that. I tell you it’s a fake peace though just so you know even though you probably won’t take my advice. Just don’t quote biblical verses since you always do so in wrong contexts. Don’t give Christians a bad name. I know you’re not even a Christ believer.

Fake news? You said you got the vaccine and wore a mask. Also, its not hard to see if a person clicks the first page of this thread. They will see your posts.

I will do what I do. I thought you woke.

That's exactly what you do. You throw catchy verses to back what you believe while not even believing in the Bible.

Just to be clear, I don't throw catchy stuff. When I quote bible verses it's so that you (not just you, eyephone but everyone) realize you don't do or can't do anything right out of your own will. That would lead you to repent and ask God for forgiveness of your life and accept Jesus as your LORD. Your LORD means your owner, your king, your everything so that you keep on reading the Bible to know your owner/king more and realize how sinful you are at heart. If you don't get what I'm saying here, you've been missing the whole point when I was talking about God.

As for COVID-19 and vaccines and etc. you can do your own research and believe whatever you want to believe. I hope you stay safe.

All I have to say, would Jesus and the disciples help people or would they spread false lies that that would potentially kill a person. I know the answer is they would help people.

Your intention is to help others? Or is it to prove you're so right? Think deeply and answer wisely.

BTW, if you really want to know Jesus or what He would have done, I'll let you know.

Another BTW, did I ever say bad things about vaccines? Fake news...

Expressed in percentages, 76% of Vermont Covid-19 fatalities were breakthrough cases. As of Tuesday, 88 percent of all eligible Vermonters (age 12 and over) had been vaccinated with at least one shot.

oops, 88 percent counting for 76%,  12% counting for 24%.

This is what hard evidence looks like to me. Can you do the same to your argument of more vaxed areas are having less deaths? Or if that's too hard, can you do the comparison of vaxed vs. unvaxed death rates out of covid cases?

Here is some data Mety...

SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern and variants under investigation in England

The numbers show vaccinated people contracted and died of the so-called “Delta” variant of Coronavirus at a far greater rate than unvaccinated people between February 1, 2021 and September 12, 2021.
During the time period in question, unvaccinated people reportedly accounted for 257,357 Delta cases out of 593,572 total Delta cases (approximately 43 percent), and 722 out of 2,542 Delta deaths (approximately 28 percent) “within 28 days of positive specimen date.” What does that mean? It means that the vast majority of Delta deaths in England during this period occurred among vaccinated people, NOT unvaccinated people.

76% of September Covid-19 deaths are vax breakthroughs

Just eight of the 33 Vermonters who died of  Covid-19 in September were unvaccinated, the Vermont Department of Heath said Wednesday.

Health Department spokesperson Ben Truman said most of the vaccine  ‘breakthrough’ Covid-19 fatalities were elderly. Because they were among the first vaccinated, Vermont’s elderly “have had more time to potentially become a vaccine breakthrough case,” he said.

Expressed in percentages, 76% of Vermont Covid-19 fatalities were breakthrough cases. As of Tuesday, 88 percent of all eligible Vermonters (age 12 and over) had been vaccinated with at least one shot.

100% of Covid-19 fatalities were people with recent exposure to dihydrogen monoxide

The Vermont stats interest me because of how low the population is there -  Roughly 640,000 people live in the State.

In September, .000051 percent of the population died from Covid-19. (33 persons)

In March, .000041 percent of the population died from an Opioid overdose (26 persons) https://www.healthvermont.gov/sites/default/files/documents/pdf/ADAPMonthlyOpioidRelatedFatalities.pdf

Yet did Vermont shut everything down in March due to the Opioid Pandemic? Were pharmacists or the doctors who prescribe these pills fired for refusing to fill prescriptions?

I'm pro-choice on vaccination and masking. I'm anti-authoritarian for everything else - the path this pandemic response has been heading down. Stats and science contradict what's being forced on families right now. It is not unreasonable that people are considering their own methods of rebelling against it. IMHO
I don't really understand your question. The reason for the low % of the Vermont population dying from COVID-19 is that 88% of the eligible people are fully vaccinated. You would see more deaths if everyone is pro-choice on vaccination and masking.

It’s ironic how much morekaos hates on Cali yet we are the 4th safest Covid state list… Texas is 39.

I would post a link but I want Mety to Google it. :)

…This week…like the weather, things will change. Besides I don’t care, I’ve already had it and according the the isrealis I’m 27 times more protected by natural immunity than everyone else so whatever place Cali wants to be at this week is of little concern to me.  What I do care about is the $6.00 gas I saw the other day… in that respect Cali is surely number one!!

...like I said...this week..who knows what the tide will bring?...

Anyone Notice Where COVID Rates Are Climbing These Days? (Hint: Not In Texas or Florida)

The Johns Hopkins COVID tracker displays each state in shades of either green or red, with green indicating a downward trend and red an upswing. The darker the shade the bigger the change in either direction.

Well, take a look at the current display, shown above. The 13 states that are showing increases right now are California, Washington, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, New Mexico, Nebraska, Maine, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. Except for a few, these are reliably Democratic states.

There’s something else worth noting. Nine of these 13 states have vaccination rates higher – and in some cases, much higher – than the national average of 56%.

I know several people that have had "breakthrough" infections after receiving the vaccination, and it was no walk in the park.  One of them had a 104 degree fever and should have been hospitalized, but wasn't.  On the other hand, I don't know of anybody that has contracted covid after already having it once before.  Does anybody else have anecdotes of people they know catching covid for a second time?

I know of at least 2 people.

But both their 1st and 2nd bout was mild.

With the booster just getting recently authorized, frankly, we’re about three months behind the power curve on the over 65 crowd with delta.

The vaccination isn’t a panacea, it’s a bandaid. People are still dying with the vaccination, it is completely obvious from the various State’s data that the vaccinated fair much better as a group than the unvaccinated.  And, yes , they still die.

That is another reason why people that are not getting vaccinated and are not supporting safety protocol are a danger to our country.

It is truly sad, if we all do a little small thing, we can get back to normal.  The crowd that wants to fight about it, will saddle us with an extra 300,000 dead a year and on going disruptions to schools, events and everything else.
