Stonegate Street Lamps

Does anyone know why TIC did not use the same type of "decorator" street lamps in Stonegate?  The ones at Stonegate are the same street lamps you see on Irvine Blvd or on major streets.  Every other TIC village has the nice decorator type (e.g. WB, PS).  Any guesses why?  Thanks.

It's probably cheaper.  You probably won't see the crazy spending that happened during the bubble.

PS and WB are A villages. Same with OH.
SG, WP are B villages so the street lights are plain.
