I listed a turnkey Rowland Plan 1 condo in Beacon Park (Great Park) earlier this morning on MLS. The home was built in 2016 and features 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms along with a downstairs office with 1,694sf of living space. The home is listed at $680,000.

Got word from escrow earlier today that we have closed.  The sales price is $635,000 and the seller got a free rent back.  Congrats to both the buyer and seller.

Yes, 3-level properties can be challenging to sell because they tend to limit the buyer pool.
