KB Homes: Paseo Del Mar

Finally found out who was building those townhomes off of Alton and Von Karman:

Not sure how this is close to the ocean but this trend of homes right in the middle of the IBC is strange to me.

if there was nightlife or things to do around ibc, i might say the price is warranted....but there isn't so i think anyone that buys these is out of their mind

There's lots of great nightlife in the IBC. DJ if you're Asian, the bars along Main St, if you're not.

Paseo del Mar is closer to the ocean than the coastal living at Laguna Altura.
