New Listing - Stonegate Arcadia Model 2 Home ( 77 Rossmore )

Hope this is the right place to post this, as I see USCTrojanCPA post here in regards to his listings.  We are relocating and have listed our home.  The house is a VERY close mirror to the Model 2 home, with all included built ins, wall/ceiling treatments, etc, and we will be having an Open House on Sunday August 11th 2019 from 1-4PM. Hope to see some of you there :)

Nice looking home and something one of my buyers would have been interested in but they already bought a turnkey home at a very attractive price in this price range.  That said, the market for $1.5m+ home is very soft unless you have a bit of a unicorn like a large lot and/or view lot.  I hope you are gonna get partial commission refund from your listing agent since you are doing some of the marketing yourself.  haha  Good luck with the sale.
