Darden Restaurants Inc. have been beating earnings estimates or in line with estimates for consecutive quarters. So that throws your theory out the window.

Olive Garden at Stonewood Center (Mall) in Downey does very good business.  On weekday evenings it's packed with Hispanic majority customers.

Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill in Cerritos and Chino Hills also packed.
