What are the odds of firing backyard landscape contractor?

I am having issue with my contractor, not doing quality work and the guys who come for work are peeing in campus and so many other head aches.
Please share what are the odds of firing my contractor?

I had many issues with mine, too. Fortunately my backyard was complete before I wanted to fire him. He took more than 3 months to finish vs. what was promised in 2 wk. I donot think you would have issues firing the contractor, except that I donot know how you could get your money back, as you might have pre-paid more.

I  have lot of issues with mine.
No matter how many times we tell  him, he doesn't care.
Not just regarding the backyard, using cheap materials, so many other things which I do not want to mention at this point.

What does your contract say?
