Thuan Kieu Express in Lake Forest is closed

Due to unspecified family issues Thuan Kieu Express was closed 2 weeks ago.

Mitasie Vegan Cafe has opened this week in its place, serving Vietnamese style vegan foods.

I had their spring rolls and pho today.  The spring rolls are pretty good.  The pho needs larger bowl and more soup.  The menu selection is fairly broad, with everything from apple/mango salad to clay pot dishes.

Nooooooooooo.  This is seriously sad, I will miss TK express dearly.  Best spring rolls and sauce around (without having to drive to Bolsa), and their egg rolls and rice were crack. 

I am too lazy to go to their other location.  TK, I will miss you.  A moment of silence, please.
