There is always a line at this tea shop located on Alton and Jeffrey.  I finally tried it after waiting 15 minutes.  I heard some people wait close to one hour.  It?s good but damn, never seen so many people line up for boba before.
 
Long lines since forever.  I only go during odd hours with little to no line. Ain?t nobody got time for that.
 
Omomo is great but definitely not worth the line (pretty much nothing is)

We did go to that center for breakfast and was like the 3rd person in when they opened.  Line starts like at 10:45 (they open at 11) and get pretty long by 11:30.

I feel like they are highly inefficient...whether intentionally or not.  They have one cashier and the actual preparation area is too small.  Like half of the store is just standing space.  They could implement an mobile app/online order system but instead, everyone is stuck in line.
 
Agreed on the inefficiency.  Compared to Dings Tea, they are very slow.  We used to go to Luxsweet but they have raised their prices so drinks with boba are almost $6 which is high.  So we stopped going there.
