Irvine boasts highest taxpayer surplus in the nation

Good to hear but the article mentioned unfunded liabilities were up 25% and  our surplus fell from $5500 to $4400. Hopefully  city leaders keep making fiscally prudent decisions. Speaking of money, has anyone heard what?s going on with the OC Fire Authority negotiations. They owe Irvine millions of dollars in overpayments.
