The district reportedly will convert the building into a charter school so new residents moving into nearby mid-rise residential projects will have a school close to home. The building is less than a mile from John Wayne Airport."
This is interesting considering the Central Park West development as well as the Intracorp and Meritage developments near Main & MacArthur.
