I like the chart on annual expenses.  I recall touring daycare centers around here before my daughter was even born, and realizing right then and there that we would be spending 6 figures on daycare by the time she gets to kindergarten.

I hit six figures in two years. I was spending 4K per month on a nanny and school. Now both in school so it’s cheaper but still 2600-2700 a month. Once they are both in CDC I think it will drop to about 1400/month for both.
