It might be instructive for new home buyers to know how fast the County of Orange spins out Supplemental Taxes, and how much the ST's are on average.

If you bought in 2018, please reply in a similar format to what's shown below:

Supplemental Tax Receipt - October    (or "not yet" if that's the case)
Supplemental Tax amount - Around $2k total.
