Calistoga Model Homes for Sale

Looks like the Models for Calistoga in Eastwood are up for sale. I thought they had more lots to build. Wouldn't builder sell the model after the lots are build out?
Also, saw a proposal to convert Morro tracts to build smaller detached homes.
