Has anyone heard of American National Insurance? They are coming about $400 cheaper annually for home and auto compared to Mercury. Mercury has increased their home insurance by 40% since 4 years ago (10% increase per year). American National Insurance is recommending Uninsured motorist bodily injury liability at $30k per person and $60k per accident when I currently have $100k/$300k. They said this is the biggest savings and typically they recommend $30k/$60k because it "is just a backup coverage to your health insurance that is why the recommend the lower limit there." Not sure I agree. Anyways, anyone heard of these guys?
