Foreign Currency Depreciation and Irvine Demand

I?m noticing a drop in foreign currency (China, India), wondering if there were any thoughts on this? If I was someone with alot of Chinese Yuan or Indian Rupees I would be moving the currency and into the US or Europe. I would not sell my US dollar denoted anything else the Chinese or Indian government was forcing me too.
