I listed a turnkey Ainsley Park townhome in the Tustin side of Columbus Grove on MLS earlier this morning. It has only 1 common wall and features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with 1,708sf of living space. The listing price is $748,800.

Nope, it was priced right and shows like a model home (from what many of the folks that came to the open house this weekend said). 

That being said, the 3rd offer came in earlier this evening.

Got word from escrow that the transaction closed this afternoon.  The sales price was $763,800 or $15,000 over the list price.  Congrats to both the buyer and seller on the transaction.
