Two years ago, Roy Choi (Kogi Truck) and Daniel Patterson (Michelin starred restaurant owner) opened a chain of healthy fast food restaurants in ghettos across California from Watts to Oakland.

"They decided to not sell soda and offered healthful fare such as salads, roasted veggie bowls and veggie burgers"

Note to Liberals: while it is true that people in the ghetto eat a lot of unhealthy food because it is cheap, that doesn't mean they will eat a kale veggie bowl.

I know it is hard for a person on an artisinal and craft diet to believe, but there are actually people who like the taste of a big mac.

Just like Michelle Obama's initiative to replace unhealthy school lunches with healthy vegetables, that initiative failed because kids just threw the healthy Obama lunches away.

I think the key is to make healthy food that is also cheap.

I like Veggie Grill and Native Foods, but they are both so expensive.
