So I tried today with a friend of mine and I can highly recommend it. This one is definitely better than the one I tried in Tokyo a year or two years ago.
The better aspects include:
- Your feets and hands are tracked, instead of just your location and where your gun aims.
- No technical difficulties. In Tokyo, one person had problem calibrating.
- You can pick up an object. And you can press a button in this virtual environment
- We go up and down (virtual) elevator a lot. Felt like Disney's Star War ride.
- They scan your face and your character will have your face
- Your play is recorded and you can buy the footage*****
***** I paid for it, I watched the footage on site, but as of now their last email didn't include the footage. I contacted them via twitter; will call them.
