3 judge panel of the 9th Circuit (!!!) rules that Hawaii County's law banning open public carry of firearms violates the 2nd Amendment.

Hawaii County will no doubt seek en banc review so I'm withholding the champagne for now.
Most liberals don't believe the 2nd Amendment exists at all and the few who do say it only applies in your home, not outside. Thank you Judge O'Scannlain for another well reasoned textual analysis of the US Constitution.
