Which one is your favorite?

I'll take the one without a driveway or patio for 900K please.

BBQ'ing will take some effort, but maybe this will catch on as a trend in Irvine

Hey now you on to something here. Hang the clothes behind the grill and it can have dual purpose. Drying the clothes faster from the bbq heat at the same time provide privacy from spying eyes from your arm close neighbors.

Hi! What are your thoughts on resale value in Northpark vs other newer villages in Irvine. You have the guard gats, 5 pools, tennis courts, etc...would this sell faster than a regular home at the Great Park, etc? Especially since HOA and taxes are less?

This is a third time I'm seeing this message!!
If you are not a spam mail, I would suggest Eastwood Village for anything resale value. DELANO is all I can say..

Amenity wise, I like Northpark and Woodbury, and Quail Hill the best, but honestly the home itself would be more important than amenities when you sell. For example, a real nice home in Portola Springs would sell better than a home in Northpark that needs tons of upgrades. But this is a subjective matter so it all depends.

Yeah, now that I looked into more on that Novel Park, this could be real useful there.

BTW, what makes those hot homes hot homes? It is the nice pictures or is it legitimately based on the real data?

From what I heard, it's based upon 3 things...1) Page views  2) Saved favorites  3) Price compared to comps
