Does anyone know more details about these condos? Floorplans? Estimated prices? What do you think of these? Anyone think these would be a good investment in the long term? I am looking for a condo close to the beach, not sure if I will be able to afford something like this or not.

Probably around $2m range based on comps near. The schools might not be as good as other areas. Something to check before you buy for the investment purposes.
