Who would think great sushi can be had in the back of a run down strip mall in Whittier?

Skip the rolls, cooked stuff and side dishes. Go directly to premium sushi (nigiri) and sashimi.
Order the deluxe premium sashimi plate ($48) and regular ($11-12) or premium ($17-18) 5 piece nigiri sushi set. They also have various daily fresh fish specials and variety of sushi avail.
They don't skimp on quality or serving size with sushi, but the cut rolls were meh. I will come back for the sushi.
