Realtor.com ranks neighborhood features that drag down your home

I feel bad for all those home owners in Laguna Beach, what with their Hospital, Funeral Home, Homeless Shelter, and High Renter Concentration. Sheesh, I'd sell tomorrow with all that negative energy around that town... probably at a yuuge loss.

Beyond worthless analysis. Compares homes in a zip code with the negative features versus rest of county. Except zip codes come in all shapes and sizes.

92618 includes GP, Portola, Laguna Altura, Barcelona. Night and day differences in the same zip code.
 
Stupid realtors don?t know what they are talking about as usual.
Strip clubs do not bring down property values.
 
Laguna Beach homeless shelter is in the Canyon, behind all the parking for the Festivals. Come to think of it Lagunas Funeral Parlor is across the street from the Homeless Shelter. Perhaps they cancel each other out???
