How to clean outdoor patio tiles

What do people typically use? I clean them about every other week with a water hose and a squeegee broom. It does require a lot of water that end up going over the plants soil. I think the large amount of water might be bad for the plants though as they get overwatered.

Is that the common method for cleaning outdoor patio tiles? Or do people use things like power washers? Or other gadgets?

I use a leaf blower and blow all the dust off first.  Then from there, I put a film sheet of water and use a giant squeegee like this

And wring out all the water.  I try to wash it every few months, so I'll hit it with the leaf blower and lightly dust monthly but do the water every two to three.
