Woman begging with cardboard sign saying she has four kids?

I gave her money once and she regularly comes up to me now, I usually give in. Because of how persistent and forceful she was last time, I looked into it, and, from what ive read, especially on this website, it seems she may be a gypsy scammer? Hs anyone else had any run ins with this person?

Sounds like you've signed yourself up as a preferred member to her welfare club.

I haven't seen our own culver mitsuwa gypsy for a long time.  I guess security made her leave after the message I sent to their corporate office regarding begging with a kid and how it made me feel like not going to their store anymore.
