Hello first time posting here my names Roberto. I wanted to share with you all the supplements i recommend to all of my clients and why.
According to some peer reviewed studies our current method of farming has depleted the soil of valuable minerals and trace nutrients making it highly unlikely that you are getting enough nutrients in your diet. Therefore, i recommend ALL my clients take the following:

Magnesium glycinate
Zinc monomethionine
Vitamin D3
Fish oil (make sure it contains high amounts of DHA)
Daily multi vitamin
Creatine Monohydrate (creatine has been shown to increase brain performance in addition to increasing your performance in the gym)
Its important to point out that supplements are just that, supplementary. They should be added to a diet consisting mostly of unprocessed foods with plenty of protein.
***stay away from supplements with proprietary blends; they usually have a bunch of fillers and or just under dose the products****
