http://www.hibiki-an.com/

Try this site, it may not be the exact thing, but I'm sure it will be close. I'll keep looking though.

This site runs ads with the exact same "Maxim Cafe Menu" logo, but it isn't in English:

http://maxim-koicafe.jp/index.html

And this is probably very close:

The name I am finding most frequently is Japanese Green Tea "Matcha" powder.

And a little "green tea frappuchino" mixed in (which sounds kind of disgusting to me) with references to Hong Kong.

Don't mind me, I'm just practicing my google-fu skills.

That exactly?  No, but you might try Mitsuwa or Marukai in Costa Mesa.  As a side note, Marukai has a $0.98 store in Torrance that carries a lot of food products, as does the Little Tokyo Marketplace.  Unfortunately, I don't recall seeing that exact product before.

Lastly, you might send an e-mail to JBox to see if they carry it.

Thanks!  You found it also but only in the MAXIM Matcha GREEN TEA Latte Powder (15g X 4 sticks ) size instead of the (5 sticks x 2pcs).

How weird.  The company has a USA subsidiary, but they don't sell the beverage products.
