who is the guy to go for a 2nd opinion/review to assess if 'good deal'

getting a loan from the builder, but someone here said that we should ping them to see if they can beat it - who is that person? does any of this make sense?
 
If this is your first purchase, I absolutely recommend working with John (SGIP).  I used him on my first purchase and my first investment and highly recommend someone super knowledgeable walking you through everything.

That being said, I have done the majority of my loans and refinancing through another company that works with all of the banks and lenders and has access to more products and better rates.  The relationship is almost entirely online though her office is right here.
