Nanny in Irvine?

Have anyone has experience of finding nanny in Irvine? How much is in general?
I have two kid that one is 3 another is 6.

For 2 kids, $2,500-$3,000/mo will get you a live-in nanny on a tourist visa. You'll need to pay in cash.

A non live-in would be a little less. They'll also ask for days off and you'll probably need to 1099 them.
