$21 million sale called record breaker for Newport Coast's Pelican neighborhoods

I like the view but the place seems too sterile. If you can afford a $21M home, hopefully you will be hiring a decorator and landscape architect to soften things up.

I love the decor and landscape as-is, wouldn't change a thing.

IMHO and from the very limited photos, it feels like a nice hotel as opposed to a home. It reminds me of the Resort at Pelican Hill.
 
Right down the street from Kobe!

If $21mm is the record so far, makes me wonder what that ridiculous spec home at 1 Pelican Hill Road North will end up selling for...current ask is $55mm.
