1.2-1.5 million dollar home?

Hi everyone,

I'm looking for a home in Irvine in the $1.2-1.5 million range. A newer home would be preferred. I am willing to make renovations. Preferably, it would be in the university or northwood school districts.

Any suggestions?

Are there any future new communities that will be built that fit this criteria?

On future communities,
Eastwood right now and also future tracts within EW.
Orchard Hill future neighborhood on Northwood side.
University area is basically just Hidden Canyon, I don't believe there are anymore future communities around there.
