Lately I had been hearing rumblings of the high home prices in OC area, people moving out of OC because of out of reach real-estate prices/better job options elsewhere. Came across this OC Register article that makes a similar argument.

Aren't  there many real estate related corporate office based in OC? (Such as home builders, REITs, mortgage lenders)

What if commercial or residential housing takes a dive or pauses?
