I heard that Vitamin D is helpful for healthy teeth and bones and also for your muscles. Do any of you guys take Vitamin D supplements on a regular basis? What other benefits are there with Vitamin D? Anyways, I just placed an order on some vitamin Ds on Amazon.

With So many Vitamin options which do you think are most essential to your overall well-being and health?

Vitamin A, B, B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, B7, B9, B12, C, D, E and K

Disclosure: I am not a health expert by any means, but looking to learn from those of you who are.

This is the one I just bought but trying to learn more about it. For $12 bucks and 2175 five star review, I thought I would give it a shot. I've also read that vitamin d reduces the chances of stage 2 diabetes and cancer.

Disclosure: I have never taken any vitamins since I was kid.

I take a kirkland multivitamin from costco daily (or whenever I remember)

I take some multi-vitamin for men from CVS... when I can remember.

Why? I don't know which individual one is actually better for me and I figure a broad spectrum will cover whatever is not in the food I eat daily (is there vitamins in fat?).

If you know of a specific vitamin that fixes bad knees... I'll start taking those.
