I know that the Caucasian OP was asking about the demographic profile of Irvine, but I don't think he will like the Johns Creek demographics either.

It's not difficult to look up wikipedia or other sources for City demographics data.

If you're looking for a white-majority neighborhood, look up "non-Hispanic White" statistics.  For example:https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Coto_de_Caza,_California#2010https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newport_Beach,_California#2010https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Newport_Coast,_Newport_Beach#Demographics

Also, check local school demographics for future trends.
