Nice job Karen.  The plan 3 is actually really nice, good use of space and open-to-below ceilings over the great room. 

FYI for those interested... I went to see this awhile back and the sales rep told me they're just going to toss in the loft in all plan 3s given its popularity (in lieu of the small tech space upstair). so this will add about 30-35k premium to all the plan 3 models.
