I may be closing on a house shortly, but I have a concern.  The cabinetry throughout the house is white thermofoil.   I checked every single door and drawer and nothing is peeling, but the bottom trim pieces of many of the cabinets are.   The realtor said I should have no problem repairing/replacing these pieces but I don't believe him.   The bottom piece I am talking about is like a valence/ trim piece.  Does anybody know if these can be replaced/ fixed?
