New guy here, hopefully this is the right place to post this.  We are moving to College Park and need to cut our lease short.  If you have any interest/questions, let me know.

Need to vacate our apartment unexpectedly by early or mid April.
It is a 1,028 sq ft. 2bdrm/2bath (1 master suite) with W/D in unit, patio and single car ATTACHED garage plus car port in the lovely Rancho Santa Fe Apartments in Tustin Ranch, near golf course and Marketplace, neighboring Irvine.
If you are looking for a short term lease, you can sign month to month, and the $2,000 will help subsidize the higher rent for a month to month lease.

Open and bright floor plan that flows easily from kitchen to living area. Close to The Tustin Marketplace and easy access to the 5 freeway.

You will need to be approved and sign a lease, if you decide to sign a lease and take over our apartment, I will pay you $2,000.00 to get us out of our lease early, and help us avoid any lease breaking fees.
