Kudos to Karen!  Her reviews are a great resource, very thorough and insightful with good pictures.

I've also used her past reviews many times if I forget what a model home looks like from a certain community I can google (say for example): "Irvine Housing Blog Melrose" and can quickly find her detailed review + images of all the models.
