Best place for stuffed sandwiches in OC?

I am watching Man vs. Food on the Travel Channel and they are showing a place in PA that makes great stuffed sandwiches...and man is my mouth watering. Any good places that serve stuffed sandwiches in the OC??? <!-- s --><!-- s -->

I've never heard of stuffed sandwiches, but they sound intriguing. I love Man v. Food.
