personally, I think there are three main reasons
1, citizenship, comparing to EB5 of H1B, it is a cheaper way to get citizenship.
2, The price is quite good! In China, the hospitals are full by people, a doctor may check more than 150 patent everyday. If you wants to have a better treatment, you should go to private hospital, it also will cost almost 15k USD for brith a baby.
3,In China, its illegal to scan the sex of baby before 35 weeks. Chinese people wants to know the sex of their baby, therefore they go to us of hk.
