I am interested and registered for the interest list but not sure what the price will be especially with the stock market tanking, the location being somewhat far away from central Irvine, and general housing market stalling....

I am interested it too. I am pretty sure price here at PSIII will be acceptable.  Stock market will recover soon as long as Chinese economic does not crash. Yes, 2016 will be not a bull year like 2012,2013. But we are far away from 2008.

I like this location actually more than central Irvine. Quiet, far away from landfill, better MR than GP. Only thing need to be careful is cemetery. FCB from China won't choose this location i guess.

It's not just China its oil prices (oil from Iran will come to the market), shale and oil companies are struggling, layoffs and store closings were recently announced, weak guidance from companies.

And the Fed bungling interest rates.

Not bad, like a mini La Vita.  Piazza living in the boonies.

Paired homes, I think in the past, Brookfield executed similar paired homes in the older parts of PS?

So paired and detached. On a motorcourt.

The only piazza is really that bottom left cluster with 8 homes.

HOA seems high, mini piazza feel is ok, only toured plan 4 and it opens into a wall... biscotti was good, as always the sales staff is the best among builders

How do you think about this plan 4? Is opening into a wall a drawback?

I like a high ceiling entrance effect with 19-20 ft ceilings, 2nd will be a wide foyer/hallway.

Entry into a kitchen/great room/dining room without buffers is weird...worst is entry into a wall with a low ceiling.

Thanks for those advice. I am considering to buy a home from Legado or Cressa. It can satisfy my need as long as it has 4bedroom and driveways.

I spent more time on talking with Brookfield Staff. They are so nice. It looks all homes in Legado did great upgrade such as brown sugar cabinetry, outdoor room.

How do you think about those prices? Not bad as a phase 1 opening prices, right?
