So who owns this site? Someone from the city of Irvine, tic?
Definitely not someone who doesn't care about the repercussions of what a city and businesses thinks of the site

It is not the owner of this site. This site is opened to everyone but the Coporate and the jurisdictional entities frequent this site to monitor what got posted here. Too much information leaked out is not good in revealing the operation of the city and its coperate constituents. When there is a disruption distracting the herds to the slaughter house this must be silenced.

Am I the only one who doesn't understand the post at all?  Did I miss something?
