ps99472 New member Jun 15, 2015 #2 Irvine pacific built Cypress Village, and a good portion of Stonegate. I don't believe they were in Woodbury (?) Standard Pacific is a separate builder, not related. What will be the new name? Standard Ryland? Ryland Pacific? StanPacRy?
