Site plan closely resembles Astoria and Augusta in Columbus Square.  Shared driveways, "front" of home facing street, and "side" yards.

The site map looks like there's a very short driveway in the back of the house / alleyway, but I doubt you can park on it.
 
This looks like an entire neighborhood of Augusta plan 3 homes. Our place is 3000 sq ft, 3 car garage, alley loaded and the same side yard

a great floorplan.  3 car garage makes up for the lack of a driveway IMO

yeah if it was not for the 3 car garage i would not have bought here. that was the equalizer on the driveway. now though i dont know that i can ever go back to a two car garage and driveway. i much prefer the three car garage.
 
From the site plans, these look like back 3CWG with no driveway + alleyway.

Like qwershower's home... so he's at the bottom of bones' garage rankings.
