Dependent Care FSA

Are all preschools eligible for this?  It's open enrollment time and our 2 yr old will be attending pre-school next year.  I wanted to ask if there were any special requirements that a preschool/day care had to be in order to qualify for this.

From what I remember... ANY childcare expense is eligible.

But you should ask your employer's HR person... only they can tell you for sure for your particular FSA.

Preschool is eligible as long as you and your spouse both work or go to school full time.
