Recommendations for property management firms in OC/Irvine

I am looking to rent my property mid-next year onwards.

Any recommendations for a good property management company for rental management of my home in Irvine?

I just asked my colleague and she mentioned Precise Property Management, nothing bad to say and said her checks are mailed to her on time every month with no hassle, I googled their site and here's a link. http://www.preciseprop.com/

The business transaction with AMPM managment went sour and do not endorse them anymore.  :(  I also do not endorse Orlando's Painting anymore as well...  :p
