Per Graphix's recommendation, I went to the Tamales festival in Placentia tonight and ordered the tamales from Tacos San Pedro stand.
Graphix recommended the pork and chicken. Unfortunately the chicken wasn't avail, so I ordered the beef, pork, and "sweet". The beef one was kinda dry and not worth ordering, but the pork was nice and juicy!!! The sweet tamales has (I think) raisins and stuff in it and tasted pretty good.
They're taking holiday tamales order now. $19.95 per dozen pre-order. Not cheap, but good quality.
I brought a REAL camera (Sony DSC T-900) with me this time:
