Can someone do some research for me?

In doing some walks, I noticed that 103 Retreat had been what seemed like an abandoned home.  Now all of a sudden there is lots of commotion- landscapers sprucing up the front, etc.

Did this house foreclose and now is sold to someone else?  Or is the bank maybe trying to fix it up and put it on the market?

All I can find is that it is a REO, it may be coming on to the market..  It sold back to the bank on 6/22/10 for 1.251M.
