Agran and his PAC did a real disservice to veterans and their families. They derailed a reasonable compromise that had city backing and put serious doubt on a resting place at the former El Toro base. When are they going to put Larry in jail?

I think overall Irvine does not want it here. The land values is too high for it. Proper planning is true to Irvine roots.

It's just another delaying tactic. Veterans won't get their cemetery at the GP.

It's just another delaying tactic. Veterans won't get their cemetery at the GP.

Right, there are too much contentious for that piece of land. It will never happen. You will have IUSD, Lennar / 5P along with other builders join forces to support an alternate sites. There is ZERO chance of any memorial in Irvine.
